Samsung could use Android for the next generation of Galaxy Watch

Why is Samsung making such an important decision now? Experts say it is due to the application ecosystem. The amount of software that supports Tizen is quite rare compared to Wear OS. The Galaxy Watch running Wear OS is sure to attract more users thanks to the support of third-party developers.
In fact, this is not the first time we’ve heard rumors that Samsung will switch to Android for its smartwatches. Similar rumors have appeared since 2018 when Samsung rebranded its smartwatch from “Gear” to “Galaxy”. Even at that time many people believed that it was true.
Because in the past, Samsung smartwatches with the Galaxy brand also ran Android. But the company quickly switched to Tizen in 2014 with the Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo.
